BioTrack portal
The BioTrack portal is a web application for your organisation, built on the same cloud service that cloud reporting delivers to. It is in development and not available yet. This page explains what it is for and what to do in the meantime.
What the portal will do

| See attendance in a browser. Read-only access to the attendance your installations have delivered through cloud reporting. | Use Today, Attendance and Reports in the desktop app on the BioTrack PC. |
| Manage BioTrack accounts. Add accounts and change passwords. | The setup wizard creates one Administrator account. Contact your Alcra support contact for other account changes. |
| Recover access. Approve account recovery with a registered passkey instead of a master password. | There is no master password. See If the administrator password is lost. |
| Get updates. Download signed BioTrack updates. | An administrator installs new versions with the signed installer. See Updates and uninstall. |
